A strong, flexible, and organized onboarding plan is an important element for working successfully in libraries. This guide supports supervisors and managers with resources and suggestions to help create positive communication, clear expectations, and provide timely feedback. This guide will be updated as needed, so please feel free to provide suggestions and additional resources.
This libguide is a work in progress. The first section focuses with onboarding for interns. Additional sections will be created throughout the summer of 2024.
