Statewide and licensed electronic resources are available to all residents of Massachusetts and all libraries that are members of one of the Massachusetts Library System (MLS).  The MBLC State-wide Electronic Resource Blog can be found here:

The Massachusetts Library System, together with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, has created The Commonwealth eBook Collection program to help libraries meet the growing demand for eBooks and other electronic content.
