
The Pathways to Inclusion project asked library workers, job seekers, and people already working in libraries but looking for new jobs how they feel about inclusion, belonging, and workplace culture in Massachusetts libraries. The results from surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews show both strengths to build on and areas that need improvement. This information can help guide efforts to make libraries more welcoming, fair, and representative.
