Fall 2025 Webinars
The next Member Webinar series launches in November 2025.

2026 Webinars
September 2, 2025 – October 31, 2025:
Submissions open for 2026 MLS Member Webinar Proposals.
Third Thursday in November 2025:
MLS Learning Services Advisory Committee (LSAC) meets to begin reviewing submissions.
December 2025 - January 2026:
Submitters are notified about whether their proposal was accepted or not.
If there are enough successful proposals for the entire 2026 year, MLS and submitters will discuss scheduling for either spring or fall 2026.
Spring presenters will have a 30-minute kickoff meeting with MLS Consultant Jane Stimpson to discuss:
The general process and timeline of events from the kickoff meeting to the day of the webinar
The Member Webinar preparation module in the MLS Learning Hub (link opens in a new window)
The MLS Member Webinar Agreement that outlines presenter and MLS responsibilities
Scheduling the webinar and check-in meetings along the way
February 2026 - June 2026:
Spring presenters complete the Member Webinar preparation module in the MLS Learning Hub and meet at least three more times with Jane to:
Develop webinar content and communications
Create accessible and inclusive supporting materials and discuss audience interactivity options
Hold a tech check and practice session prior to the webinar.

July 2026 - December 2026:
