I joined MLS in January 2023 after thirteen years working in community college libraries in Houston and Boston, where I specialized in instruction, reference, and outreach. My professional interests include information literacy instruction, active learning, the ACRL Framework, critical librarianship, and student transitions in the P16 pipeline.
My goal as the Consultant specializing in Library Instruction and Educational Technology is to create and facilitate learning opportunities for MLS members to become more confident, knowledgeable, and impactful in their teaching.
