- Planning Support: We help you "plan to plan" by setting a timeline, selecting effective needs assessment methods, and sharing best practices. We'll work with library directors to streamline the process, navigate MBLC requirements (if applicable), and incorporate team-buildling, fun, and joy along the way.
- Meeting Facilitation: Whether you need facilitation for focus groups, staff meetings, or community conversations, we offer one day of in-person or Zoom facilitation for our members.
- Material Review: We provide feedback on drafts of community surveys, publicity materials, and your strategic plan to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
