Troubleshooting 101

The secret to our success? Nearly all our support questions can be solved using these steps! Start here!

  1. Are you using the right links?
  2. Can't find your school library? You must update your MLS membership.
  3. Asking you for a barcode/password at the library? Your IP addresses likely changed. Use IPchicken.com to find your new IP addresses and let us know!  (Be sure to test on multiple computers - wired and Wi-Fi!)
  4. Interested in viewing your institution's monthly usage data? Contact the vendors via the contact information below. When you contact the vendor(s), let them know that your institution is participating in the MA statewide databases program for quickest service.
