Renewal form opens May 1st, 2025
Forms due May 15th, 2025
You will receive a confirmation receipt for your renewal form around May 16th 2025.
MLS staff will review Renewal Forms and update our records over the last two weeks of May 2025.
If we have questions regarding the responses to your renewal form you will be contacted by a member of our staff during the review period.
All schools will be notified about their membership status by May 27th, 2025.
The MLS Executive Board will vote to remove schools who have not met the membership requirements during their June 2025 meeting.
Schools that are removed from membership will begin to lose access to services on July 1st, 2025.

To complete the School Membership Renewal form you will need your schools account number. If you did not receive an email with the renewal information and instructions please contact us using Schools@masslibsystem.org.
